1968 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Additional Info:
This beautiful 1968 VW beetle convertible is up for sale. After 13 years of owning it, it is time to pass the keys for someone elses enjoyment and car show enthusiast. This car is a head turner. "That is the cutest car I Have ever seen". She has been garaged all her life with me and pampered with wash and wax. She has had small issue with surface paint bubbling (no change 13 years) to right bumper. Tiny area on hood by windshield also superficial. See pics. The motor is clean and runs wonderful and has that special purr you love. Only taken out in sunny days. Occasional Rainy days too since the windshield wipers work! I love the side windows blowing wind too! They dont make cars with side windows anymore...wonder why.
Just inspected in October. Lights, brakes etc nice working order. the parking brakes do need work. I don't usually use them. I Park my car with wheels toward curb in first gear etc. im sure they will be able to be corrected with a knowledgable person. the tires are mags but I have the original rims. The CD player does go with it. Speakers on the side panels too. The inside is in nice condition. Seats and floors look new. Sheep skin pads included. The top looks new too on the outside. The inside lining is older and needs to be replaced, but acceptable. that little red button in the middle of the dash does not work. it does have a very slight oil leak. There is cardboard under the car showing us how little the leak is. See pics. If any questions write to me. Buyer must pay $500 immediatley. The rest when you pick up car by cashiers check. Buyer responsible to picking up car or having it delivered. This was originally a California car, but bought in NH 13 years ago. This car needs to be seen to be appreciatedOnly reply if really interested
