1‑owner 1982 Volkswagen Vanagon Riviera camper van, often referred to as the Westfalia. This is a genuine California van, unrestored, numbers-matching, and incredibly well preserved.Originally purchased brand new in San Jose, California (Bay Area), this Vanagon spent almost its entire life in California. About five years ago, the original owner drove it to Sanford, FL (just outside Orlando), where it was parked in a garage and rarely used afterward.This Riviera camper is powered by its original 2.0L engine paired with the original 4‑speed manual transmission. Odometer shows 187,000 original miles, and this van has truly been driven and enjoyed, traveling all over while being properly maintained.I have extensive documentation, including maintenance and service records/receipts dating from 1987 through 2020. This Vanagon has been regularly serviced throughout its life. It also comes with the original factory window sticker and the original California “pink slip” title.

• All original body, solid and straight
• Original paint that still shines beautifully
• A few small dings here and there, consistent with age (see photos)
• sunburn/fade on the passenger side (shown in photos)
• Front panel has been primed (due to sunburn), the only area that is not original paint
• Undercarriage is all original, very clean, and in excellent condition with no rust
• Minor rust starting near the front windshield, nothing severe—otherwise I have not seen any other rust issues
