Beetle 'Ratrods' were once looked upon as vehicles that neededrestoration or a trip to the junkyard. Today they have become far morepopular and valuable then restored cars and are now a brand. These 'come as you are' bugs caused an explosion that just keeps getting bigger and bigger. They are honest, cool, built with style, unspoiled, and characterful. With original paint or no paint at all rust, dents, patina, embellished and one only, they run from wild to extremely crazy. Built, not bought, by a generation of fanatics whose imaginations created the coolest of cool cars. When parked, driven, and shown it is easy to see why they steal the show one hundred percent of the time...........every time.
Rare and unspoiled these bugs inspired the media, Hollywood movie starsand celebrities. No wonder the price just keeps going up embracing the'built not bought' ethos.

The surfboard is a Carl Hayward and it goes with the car as does the vintage suitcase. There are drop spindles up front and air shocks all around. The spoke wheels and tires are in very good condition. You will find many more accessories;kindly look at the photos. A framed photo will also go to the new owner.
Once inside there is a whole lot to talk about. The seats are in goodcondition as is the carpet. The seats are 1969 Mustang fastback. Theyare comfortable, roomy, and add a touch of class. A rat style dash adds aa lot of ‘look.’ Proper seat belts are included. The sound system is mindbending and has an amazing sound with its amp and sub, also Bluetooth and USB port. The subwoofer is housed behind the rear seat surrounded by license plates. A lot of fun here. even the gear shift is a wonder.Traditional rat stickers are in place.

The engine has been rebuilt and there is plenty of power. Travel athighway speeds. The exhaust has plenty of sound and it's a good sound.Sure lets the lookers know you have arrived. It is nicely detailed withchrome accents. The clutch and brakes act as they are supposed to. Thecar goes through the gears as intended.
At every corner, on every highway, and at any event this auto steals theshow every time. It is thoughtfully done even with all its craziness.This is a fun-filled investment. The new owner will have a ball.
