1964 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Additional Info:

Volkswagen Beetle - Classic . Fully custom Classic Beetle 2.5L fuel injected Subaru engine, 5-speed transmission (Berg) Air conditioning. Rust-free car, no accidents, restored about 10 years ago. Garage kept. Over $30k invested. Excellent running condition. Can be driven daily. Lots of smooth power, very quiet to drive. Alpine stereo, has custom heat and air conditioning. Vent windows, parking lights, and front hood handle shaved. Problems: missing right rear hub cap(spinner). Because the radiator is so far from the engine it takes like 10 minutes for the heater to warm up. I live in Texas so this is not a problem. also the ac belt squeals once in a while but not always. I thought the compressor was going out but it is pumping fine and the ac is cold. The ac works great almost always. The rest of the car is great. This car drives very nice and has been reliable for years.
