1974 VW Maxi Taxi. It's on a full length beetle chassis. Runs good. Good condition. Floor pans are in excellent condition. Newer jugs and pistons 88's. New duel exhaust newer clutch. Electronic ignition. Alternator. Very dependable. I Had side curtains made with zipper openings for cooler weather. Fun to drive. Draws attention wherever you go. Original gel coat finish. I drive it in the summer. I have taken it on some 100 plus mile trips. Selling it as a driver. And not a show car. Cosmetic may need a little work. But I left it alone due to original values. The wheels, lanterns, and interior are part of the original kit. And I have a copy of the sale brochure that shows original price and specs. The grille has been cracked since before I owned it. The bumpers need rechromed. Or repainted depending on your wants. I have it for sale locally also. I prefer local pickup. Buyer needs to make any arrangements for shipping.
