1987 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon GL Westfalia Additional Info:

I purchased this 1987 Vanagon GL from an individual in San Francisco, CA ., on June 16, 2014. Prior to the vehicle being delivered to me I had the engine and transmission given a complete overhaul, including a new clutch and pressure plate. I had a car hauler deliver the vehicle to me after all needed repairs were completed.
Upon delivery of the vehicle to me I had the following work completed:
1. New AC Compressor Installed and recharged AC Freon. Factory AC works properly. 2. Rebuilt Speedometer to replace inoperable speedometer. 3. Replace Gauge lights with new IED lights. 4. Replace the plastic coolant line with stainless steel 5. New Gas Tank with new float valve for gas Gauge. 6. New High Powered Head Lights. 7. Replace Dash Clock. 8. New Tires (Michelin) and Wheels and upgraded to 15 inch. 9. New Shocks 10. New Rotors, Calipers brake pads in the front 11. New Drums and brake Shoes in the Rear 12. New Bushings for transmission linkage. 13. New window electric mechanism to raise and lower passenger window. 14, Front and Rear wiper motors 15. New Kenwood Satellite Radio with Backup Camera, GPS and DVD In general, if I found something needed to be repaired or replaced I had it either repaired or replaced.
EXTERIOR: The paint is original and in good shape. It has minor rust in the rear quarter panel drivers side. Also the rear bumper has a dent.
