Very Rare 1981 Volkswagen Scirocco "S" Mk1.
The history of this Scirocco- Purchased new in Feb 20th 1982 at Masterson Motors, Inc in Ventura, California (VW DEALERSHIP)Original owner was a navy officer stationed in navel base in Ventura California.In 2001 The Scirocco was placed in storage on base till 2016.In 2016 he sold the Scirocco to navy mechanic on base, he than took the Scirocco out of storage and began a major service.All belts of course timing, clutch, all fluids, fuel system, brake system, odometer and speedometer, tires..........
Today the Scirocco is in excellent mechanical condition and needs nothing at the moment.
Cosmetic- This is not a show car but a nice driver!!!The car had one re paint in the 90's and does show its age.Interior is nice but old.No accidents however the car does have few door dings and one broken signal light lens.
Please feel free to inspect the car in person at my home in Ventura California or at any VW shop with in 50 miles from my home 93036.All inspections MUST BE DONE BEFORE THE END OF THIS EBAY AUCTION!!!
