CONVERTIBLE (HARDTOP and SOFT-TOP FRAME), 2 Door ROADSTER, 4-CYL 1300cc, 4-SPEED MANUAL SHIFT, MANUAL CHOKE, TOP BOOT, TONNEAU COVER, DISC WHEELS, CHROME LUGGAGE RACK, PLUS EXTRA TRUNK LID AND EXTRA BRAND-NEW LEAF SPRING. Owned by my father for 38 years and garaged unused for the past 15 years. When driving, it gets lots of attention and is a great blast to drive! While the interior and exterior could use some nice TLC, the body is straight, and the engine turns one-handed with the serpentine belt still on. (For an 8-cylinder I would take the belt off.) Turned twice over smoothly. Aluminum radiator. Clean title. The Spitfire model is now becoming desirable for its’ good value. These originals are becoming harder to find. Incredibly easy to work on when the lifted bonnet exposes the entire engine all at once with the ability to sit on one of the front tires while performing adjustments.
