I have been trying to drive the TR7 more, as I rarely ever had before now and I am going to note a few things. The gas gauge stopped working? I will try to look at it before auction end, but I am not sure if i will be able to fix it or not. Also I have been battling finicky carb issues, it will stall on when coming to a stop some times and idle rough others. I have taken the carbs apart and cleaned everything out, set the float levels and readjusted the mixture but it still acts up at times.
Additionally, this car was an original AC car, but the compressor and brackets are long gone and I am not sure if there is anything else missing needed to make it work.
Please ask questions if you plan to bid now that the reserve has been met. Hoping it will go higher, as I have nearly $5000 invested in this car.
