1972 Triumph Other Additional Info:
Up for sale is a 1972 Triumph GT6 MKIII. It was originally a British racing green car painted in the later 90s. It is in project status as I had started a restoration. 90% of the components are there to complete the build. I have new metal for all corrosion. I have replaces the rockers, the lower quarters, the driver floor pan, the sills, the filler sheet on the front rocker and other patches required to fix corrosion issues. It comes with a rebuilt engine ( bottom end bearings and hone) top end was in good shape. Also comes with newly rebuilt Stromberg carbs. has a new stainless dual exit exhaust. New dash cap. New brake components and lines. a lot of New miscellaneous parts ( coolant overflow, bushings and bolts to name a few) It comes with an extra spitfire hood ( good for quarter skins and headlight buckets. A new plastic grill insert and boxes of other miscellaneous used parts. I also have some aftermarket front fender skins available with car. Over all its missing the carpet and headliner and the smaller rear interior panels the rest is there and original. It has the universal joint style rear axle not the rotoflex. It has a recently rebuilt transmission without the overdrive unit 4spd. The frame is in excellent condition. All wiring is intact and was working before restoration. It has the typical issue on the forward part of the roof line not significant in any means. It is overall a good candidate for restoration as I have already completed a majority of the major panel repairs. If there are any further question feel free to contact and inquire.
