1988 Toyota Camry All-Trac Additional Info:

1988 Toyota Camry All-Trac * low miles. 5-speed Manual, runs great, good tires. Was going to fix up and keep forever but my job puts too many miles on my cars. Have more pictures on request.

On Sep-03-19 at 14:14:47 PDT, seller added the following information:

I bought the car with the intention of keeping it forever and slowly restoring it. But due to unforeseen circumstances I unfortunately have to sell it. Hoping it goes to someone who has been looking/wanting one of these very cool and unique rigs, and will treat it good.
Since my purchase of the vehicle I have(all within the last couple months):
-diagnosed and repaired a power steering leak
-replaced one of the front headlights
-replaced both front struts
-installed a brand new carpet dash cover
-replaced both rear brake calipers
The car is not perfect and still needs work which is why I’m doing an auction.
As far as cons:
-Paint needs work. Clear coat sun damage, scratches, and a ding here and there
-Front grill was slightly pushed in during the cars time with the previous owner. I did some manipulation of my own and got things looking straight-ish again. But someone with some experience could get it perfect.
-dash is pretty much wasted. The car obviously was kept outside in the sun during its life and so the color is fading and there are cracks in the plastic.
-Drivers seat is pretty gone but the rest of the seats could probably be cleaned up good if you used shampoo and some elbow grease.
-Door seals and window seals are showing their age
-Bushings and other steering/suspension components will need to be replaced for the car to be as solid and creak free as possible
-Radio doesn’t work
-AC doesn’t blow cold right now
-wood trunk platform that would usually be in-between the carpet and the spare tire is missing
As for Pros
-Engine runs good. I had to drive it across states to get it home when I bought it and it got got 28 miles to the gallon and didn’t give me any trouble.
-Push-button center differential lock works
-Tires look good and have good tread
-All glass is clear
-body is pretty straight
-Very little rust, especially compared to some of the other Camry All-Tracs that I’ve seen for sale over the years.
-Cruise control works
I want to be as transparent and up front about the car as I can. Please feel free to message me with any questions you have. I will get back to you quickly.
