1989 Toyota Supra Turbo Additional Info:
1989 Toyota Supra “White Package”
White exterior, maroon interior, targa top, automatic transmission, turbocharged 3.0L in-line 6 cylinder engine (7M-GTE). It has been extensively restored over the last 5 years with lots of OEM and aftermarket performance parts and is probably 90% complete.
LOTS of new parts including OEM vacuum lines, coolant lines, clips, seals, moldings, weather strips, hardware, etc. Original dash has been replaced. Seats and interior are in great condition for its age. Engine and transmission were rebuilt prior to installation and head bolts were torqued to the proper specs.
Performance parts include an upgraded Turbonetics CT26 turbo, DriftMotion intercooler kit, BC 264 Cams, Mishimoto electric fans wired to OEM harness, Magnecor spark plug wires, divorced down pipe, electronic boost controller, Tanabe Touring Medalion exhaust and more.
Exterior includes fresh paint, new window tint, RetroSpec side skirts, carbon fiber B-Pillar moldings, carbon fiber radiator cover and has recently been painted. It has 18” wheels with Hankook tires that have maybe 100 miles on them.
All new suspension parts have been installed including H&R springs, Tokico Illumina shocks (works with factory adjustable suspension and are no longer in production), Whiteline sway bars, poly bushings, etc.
The car will come with some upgrade parts that have not been installed including 550cc injectors, Lexus AFM, MAF Translator Kit, Mishimoto oil cooler, rear glass shade, tinted light covers and random other parts I’ve collected over the years.
This has been a project car for a long time. It is in great shape with no major issues but it is still a project car. It would make a great driver or something to play with on the weekends but it is NOT a show car and it does have its flaws. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you'd like to get more specific information about it! I have driven it around town and on the highway without any issues and wouldn’t hesitate to drive it a long distance after the new oil cooler is installed (OEM is still hooked up right now). It really needs to be tuned properly for the cams, new injectors, MAF and turbo to get the most out of it.
Please contact me with any questions or to schedule a time to look at it!
