1986 Toyota 4Runner Additional Info:

100% Rust Free- 22 year California Car, then Seattle (they don't use road salt). One of the cleanest 4runners in the USA- Collectors Item ! Only 125k miles!
Hard to part with this gem, but at last I am moving across country and can't take everything...
Super rare rust free first generation 4Runner. Has a 4 cylinder with ample acceleration for mountain roads and for cruising at 80mph on the highways without a problem. Only 125k miles!!
This 4Runner is super clean with very low original miles (less than 4k per year), one of the lowest I have ever seen - and with zero rust (similar rust-free trucks with 300K miles are asking for $13-15k on Autotrader). Clean Colorado title in hand and it just passed emissions with flying colors. Riding around in this thing is like being in a time machine to 1986. Still has a 1987 "California Parks and Rec" sticker on the windshield; a true gem.
The good/recent work
- Super low miles- No accidents
- No rust anywhere
- Awesome 80s paint scheme with plenty of clear coat, no fading anywhere
- Heat works beautifully
- Shifts smoothly
- Still has factory Toyota tool kit and jack
- All windows seal well including the blast windows on the front door, no whistles
- Two keys that work on all doors
- All lights wipers, radio speakers (aftermarket Pioneer and Alpine), clock, dome light, deck light, etc. work as expected.
- Brakes are great
- New Battery
- New radiator, thermostat, and heat valve plus coolant change (by Repair Masters)
- New idler arm installed
- New Huskyliner all weather floor mats
- New muffler and down pipe gasket (By Boulder Muffler)
- Fresh oil change in motor and read diff (Tranny, Transfer Case, and front diff look good according to Repair Masters in Boulder)
-Gets all the looks around town : )
The less than good
- AC needs new belt
- front seats both have small rips that have been repaired by previous owner
- front left quarter panel has a small dent
- Windshield has crack under passenger wiper
- Display on radio gave out, but radio still works. You can probably just swap out another pioneer deck for $60 in 15min
