1989 Toyota Hilux SSR (double-cab) diesel pickup 4x4, the most invincible truck ever made.
100% Legal and imported with Minnesota Title!!! There are probably only a handful that ever meet US soil.
2.8L Diesel, 5-spd manual, solid front axle, fully box-welded frame (from the factory) gear-driven t-case, manual locking hubs, AC, power steering & Webasto TSL-17 pre-heater, you can set it has a timer or alarm and it heats up your coolant so its warm when you start it and easier to start if you're in the winter areas. 114,736 miles on the truck and it still reads as Kilometers.
Considered by some to be the best model Hilux produced. This rugged and reliable truck has been my daily driver for years. It is bone-stock and un-molested, which means it's reliability has not been compromised. To ensure that it lasts a good long time a Webasto TSL-17 coolant pre-heater was installed as soon as it arrived from Japan, which means that it has not had to deal with cold winter starts. The pre-heater is fully programmable and pre-heats the engine before starting which greatly reduces wear on the engine.

A lot of maintenance has been done (replaced timing belt, rad hoses, thermostat, alternator, voltage regulator, exhaust, brakes, axle seals, t-case seals, re-packed wheel bearings, converted AC blows cold!!
The truck has been meticulously maintained, is mechanically rock-solid and drives beautifully. It has been driven as it was intended, but it has never been an "off-road rig", so it's never seen a mud hole, and never been abused.
The paint is not perfect, it's got quite a few rock chips, some rust (as expected from a 27yr old truck), and a couple of door dings but the undercarriage and frame are in great shape. Interior is very clean with no rips and was never smoke in. There's some typical Toyota front fender rust, some rust on the rear quarters and other smaller areas NONE on the frame. This truck is clean and solid however and will last a VERY long time as it is.
My reserve is well over the starting price but a very reasonably priced reserve. These trucks typically sell for $20,000 or more almost anywhere in the world. This is not a swap vehicle its a real RIGHT HAND DRIVE, DIESEL, SOLID AXLE TOYOTA. All original.
