1985 Avanti 14,000 miles

1985 Studebaker Avanti Additional Info:

My wife has decided the time has come to sell her 1985 Avanti. This is a very nice looking car with VERY low miles. The odometer shows 14,900 miles and we believe this to be absolutely correct. The red exterior is set off by black BBS-style wheels and a red leather interior with Recaro-style bucket seats. The wood steering wheel and woodgrain dash add a touch of English motoring class.
The drive train is GM 5.0 H.O. with a 4-speed automatic overdrive, and most everything under the hood looks to be GM-sourced as well. This makes for easy repairs and parts sourcing. If you know Avanti, then you know that the body is fiberglass, so no rust issues. The car runs great, and the air conditioning, power windows, and power door locks work as they should. The moonroof operates as it should. The seats are very comfortable and are in excellent condition, as is the dash. There are no stars or cracks in the glass. One thing she has mentioned is that the fuel gauge is intermittent.
The car is located in Springfield, MO and we welcome your inspection. Clear title will be provided. Terms of sale are $500 down by Pay Pal within 48 hours of auction close and the balance due within 7 days of auction close by cashier's check or cash. The car and title will be held until the cashier's check clears our bank. The facility where the car is stored is easily accessed by any size transport.
