This car is a factory-sold stretch, and not an aftermarket car. Beginning in 1982, customers could order a Silver Spur with a 36 inch stretch that featured up to six doors. The request for even more room and better amenities resulted in the 42 inch factory stretch or 1985, a model that would only be available until 1989. A total of only 59 cars were made in LHD between 1985 and 1989. These lavish vehicles featured an electric division window, rear entertainment system with television, rear wine cooler, an intercom system for driver-passenger communication, and wood paneled doors. The car was built by Robert Jankel, an English firm contracted by Rolls Royce to manufacture their extended versions. It is the very rare five-passenger version, with five seats in the rear including two rear facing jump seats.

With such limited production and nearly $250,000 price tag, these Silver Spur limousines are some of the most coveted Rolls-Royces ever constructed and are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts today.

This rare 1985 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur Factory Limousine is finished in black with beige Connolly Vaumol interior. This car shows 16,220 kilometers (10,000 miles only), and the general condition would confirm that mileage.The interior seems unused and is wonderfully original. No hint of rust underneath. The paint overall is excellent. The car has just returned from Master Mechanic Doug Siebert’s Garage, where extensive work was done after storage of several years and run and stops like it was new. It can be used immediately without further mechanical work.

Unfortunately during storage the car suffered some cosmetic neglect. The roof should be repainted(balance of paint excellent). Much of the interior wood has cracks in the top lacquer, and there is a rip in one seat.
