It was the first Rolls-Royce to use unitary body and chassis construction, in response to concerns that the company was falling behind in automotive innovation. To date, the Silver Shadow has the largest production volume of any Rolls-Royce.MechanicalThe car has been park for many years in a dry garage. Engine turns freely, we have not tried to start the car needs the gas tank cleaned. The Michelin tires are in good condition, not dry rotted, look very serviceable, look to have very few miles. Exterior The exterior is great driver quality. Nice body and paint (silver blue). No dents, good chrome, all glass is good, windshield has NO chips and is very clear, only rust observed is bottom of left rear fender, 2 spots, each a 1/8" area, please see photos. InteriorNice black leather interior, no tears or rips, all wood garnish moldings are nice. The dash looks to be in great condition.
