1988 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur GREAT CAR need minor TLC NO RESERVE

1988 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit/Spur/Dawn Additional Info:

NO RESERVE!
Same owner for 24 years. Clean Carfax. Never in a wreck, theft, hail, vandalizm, flood, fire or fender-bender.
As you can see, the car is in terrible need of a good detailing. It is covered with dust. The paint looks deep, smooth and black when clean.
THE GOOD:The updates cost more than I want for the car. Rolls-Royce OEM chrome wheels and updated style OEM headlights and boot emblem 'Silver Spur III' . The chrome wheels show little to no signs of any damage, wear, curb rash, pitting or peeling.
All of the wood, every single piece, was removed from the car, sent off to be professionally refinished and reinstalled at a cost of $8,340. about ten years ago / 2,000 miles. The wood in this car looks better than 99% do.
Stored indoors. Driven only twice a year for the last 12 years. No known issues other than as described below. Starts, runs, drives, brakes and handles as one would expect.
THE BAD:Passenger front door has a dent in it. Didn't break the paint. May pop out.
Everflex rubber roof covering has a split seam. No damage to the covering but it will have to be restitched. Not sure how easy that will be as it may be difficult to pull both sides back into place.
Leather needs to be reglued on the third brake light in the rear window.
Minor scuffs, scratches and chips in the paint. No door dings that are noticable or detract from the car.
THE UGLY:The driver's side rear seat - the bottom seat cushion has cracked out. Almost all of the rest of the leather looks great.
Same seat - the fold down picnic table finish has sun-bleached out. The side that shows when stowed looks great.
