FOR MORE PHOTOS, INTERIOR, ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND TRUNK, PLEASE SCROLL DOWN AND GIVE YOUR ROUTER A MINUTE OR SO TO LOAD THEM ALL. THANK YOUHelloI am sorry if my description is a bit too long. I had to change the format after some potential buyers had a hard time understanding the whole vehicle report and the error that Autocheck is reporting and the situation with the car. The comments and emails I kept receiving were a bit surprising so I had to change the description and explain everything in detail, hence the long text.on November 28th, 2023, I paid $25 to Connecticut police department to get the copy of the accident report on this car so I can prove this vehicle was never in any type of fire incident. When I was buying the vehicle, the report showed it was in a minor accident on the right side of the vehicle on that same date it now shows fire. The evidence on the vehicle even shows that's true, and I talk about that evidence below. it was an accident on the front passengers side. I currently have an open case with Autocheck.com, with an agent name Loana, case number 260267** and she is working on fixing this false report. I explain everything in the description. Please be rest assured, I would not give any man any false information for any kind of money. My reputation as a gentleman is much more important to me and I think my 25 year selling history proves that.
I sold over 100 cars on Ebay, bought over 150, but sold over 1000 cars in my lifetime, since I owned a Classic Car Dealership in Los Angeles called Classic Auto Haus then Beverly Hills Classics with a partner for many years. I had a very reputable store, with clients that sent me Christmas cards for years after they bought cars from me and not one or two but dozens and every client I had was a return client as most were collectors and they were all over the world. I created the most honest car buying experience and sold cars from $25000 to $120,000 range. Never spared a dollar or a $1000 if I needed to replace anything and always to genuine parts and unless the car was absolutely perfect, it would not be in my showroom. One of my clients was the Crown King of Saudi Arabia. Of course his garage manager and staff in Mecca and Beirut Lebanon were the ones doing the buying and not the king himself. I had many celebrity clients as well, even journalists we all see on the screen daily. I left the business because I could not live in Los Angeles and CALIFORNIA anymore. As successful my business was, I could not live in California anymore so I had to close that chapter. I DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY GIVE ME, IM NOT GOING BACK! I closed an operation that was a dream come true kind of business to get the hell out of California. They can keep their weather, their regulations, the state income tax at 13.5% and Gavin too. Im out! I got sick of it.It was my sincereness and honesty that built my business from ground up and made it successful. I NEVER cut corners and treated these vehicles as art pieces not just product to make money on. That honesty was not towards my vehicles only but also towards my clients which is why I never lost a client. The reason I bring this up is because I need to explain something about vehicle reports on Autocheck and how it works and also about this vehicle and it is very important for my potential buyer to understand that the reputation you see here on Ebay on my account, which is since 1998, was not built because of my dishonesty but because of my honesty about everything I sold here including many vehicles so this vehicle is not going to be any different. Because I already see that the report on the vehicle is not correct and is very upsetting to me since this was not what it was showing when I bought the car, you will have to trust me based on my years of valid and proved honesty to describe to you what you are looking at in detail and give you the correct background on this car.
I am very experienced in vehicle reports and insurance matters. I don't own a dealership any longer and now live in Las Vegas but the experience was earned during my years in the business. Because I owned a dealership I had a commercial account with Autocheck and Carfax and had my own rep at Autocheck. There is a way to read a vehicle report and Im going to explain it so it is clear what some of the terminology means, since I see that 90% of the people that contact me are unaware how vehicle report reads.
Any time a vehicle title is branded as "REBUILT", "SALVAGE" or anything other than "clear", even if the accident was as small as this car was in, the event of the insurance company branding the title will always be reported as a "MAJOR ISSUE". The title status going from "CLEAR" to "REBUILT" is the "MAJOR ISSUE" on the report, not the size of the accident. The accident will have its own explanation and date on the bottom of the report.
Lets say the insurance company decides not brand the title as "rebuilt, which unfortunately in case of every old Rolls and Bentley they do, because they can't price or source parts and repairs are more on these cars, so its better to write it off, which is why most insurance companies with household names don't like to insure these cars, this type of accident on any vehicle would be considered "MINOR ACCIDENT" and that would be it.
I had to edit the description of this vehicle to explain this whole thing because people send me questions and offers based on the red letters and MAJOR ISSUE and I have been very honest about what happened to the vehicle.
This can easily be checked PHYSICALLY on the vehicle and verified. I canto back to 2011 on this car and give you a picture of the car since its 4 last owners. The last 3 owners of the vehicle after it was sold from Florida to Connecticut in 2011 are the same people. It was under the wife's name in Connecticut in 2011 where the accident happened on 05/02/2015 which WAS NOT ANY KIND OF FIRE.
When I was buying the car, I pulled a report on the car myself and it was showing a collision on the right side of the vehicle. Up until just a couple of months ago, it was still showing an accident. Only today a potential buyer brought this to my attention and the hair on the back of my head stood up. Now it shows fire. This is mind baggling for me because this vehicle NEVER had any fire. There is not a single fire mark anywhere and that's not easy to hide. There is not one evidence of fire in or out of this vehicle. Vehicle fire is something that's not easy to hide not the smell ever really goes away. When the vehicle was listed on Ebay just a few months back, I discussed the report of the "collision on the right side of the vehicle" which is what was on the report, with potential buyers and not once. I DO NOT know how that turned in to fire now. I will have to check that with Autocheck but Ive had so many issues like this with Autocheck. In years, they fixed many wrongfully reported issues for me that I lost count. You can google and see that Autocheck makes many errors like this so this is not something unusual but still it is upsetting.

The previous 4 owners were: First 3 were this retired couple. The vehicle was under the gentleman's and his wife's name in Connecticut where they lived and worked, after they bought it from Florida in 03/25/2011 and had it delivered to Connecticut where it was registered on to both of their names in New London, Connecticut. Then the report shows the vehicle was in Connecticut at the time of the accident on 05/02/2015. ONCE AGAIN NO FIRE EVER TOOK PLACE THATS ABSURD. Then on 11/04/2015, they retired and moved to Indiana where their children lived. Here in Indiana, the husband got off the title and it was retitled under the wife's name only. I got all this information from her when I was buying the vehicle so it was clear to me since the report was a little confusing. The husband did not have much luck with the weather in Indiana so they decided to move to a dry climate and moved to Las Vegas.
In 2016 they moved to Las Vegas to live out their days here in Las Vegas where the vehicle traveled with them and it was retititled here in Nevada under the husbands and wife's name again. Please keep in mind, that every time you change any ownership on the title, move or add people, even if it's the same people, the system reports to Autocheck as a new owner. Even if you ever get a duplicate title, it will still report new ownership. The 10/30/2015 report in state of NV in between registrations in Indiana is incorrect. it should be 10/30/2016. The title in Nevada was issues on 10/30/2016 not 10/30/2015, after it was registered on 10/03/2016. This is what I mean when I say Autocheck has many issues with reporting. I own another vehicle that I owned since new and now it shows that it was in Alaska last year when the car never left Nevada and I have absolutely no business in Alaska.

In Las Vegas they found the mechanic shop I used for my cars and brought the vehicle in for service. That day I also took my Rolls in for service and in the waiting room we started talking about Rolls Royce cars while we waited and this is how we met. After I saw his car, I expressed interest In buying if he was ever interested in selling since I saw him not caring what the cost would be, he wanted the car fixed. His wife took a note of my offer. As a long time Rolls owner, it's not which Rolls you will buy, its who's Rolls you will buy. trust me this is the best statement if you want to become a rolls owner. It really matters who owned the car because the way he took care of the car, will have a big impact on your ownership and what that rolls will cost you. A SPUR from the wrong buy can end up costing you a Phantom. You would just buy a Phantom from the right guy instead of the Spur if you knew so this is the correct advice from someone that owned many of them since 1999.
I found out that already in Connecticut the husband was not in good health, when he went in to the garage to park at night, medicated and scraped the front pressing the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal. He lost control and hit the passenger side front on to the cabinets, walls, then the wall but did not break the wall. Just hit the wall on an angle and came to stop. He called the insurance which he should have never done. Id fix it myself and never have them involved understanding that if they get involved the car will automatically be branded as "rebuilt". He did not know that and regretted calling the insurance. This man truly loved this car. I mean truly loved it and it was his pride. The front passenger fender was repaired, repainted, bumper rubber replaced and headlight bezel replaced. You can even see that the headlight bezel on the right side was replaced since it's in better shape than the left one. Everything they told me and I investigated, matched and I had no reason not to believe them. Everything checked out.
in 2020 during Covid they brought the car in to the mechanic shop again and had $5000 of work done on it. Days after they dropped the car off, the husband contracted covid and since he wasn't well already, he died. The wife did not want to pay the $5000 since she did not care for that car and did not need to own or drive it so after she left the car there for months without paying or picking up, the mechanic shop put a lien on the car after 6 months or so, which is when she called me, since we exchanged numbers when we first met. She called me and told me she will sell the car to me if I agreed to pay off the lien of $5000 to the shop and give her another $7000. I thought the $12000 was a fair deal so I took it since he already spent $12000 on the car since I met them. I agreed since the mechanic told me that if he completes the lien process and takes over the car, he will ask for $15000.I agreed to buy the car for $12000 since I knew how the car was being taken care of by the old man. I had no doubt it was a very well kept car and did not care about the branded title since I really cared more about its condition and looks of course. We met at the shop, I paid the shop some $5500 which included some filing fees and some other state fees he paid when he had to file and I paid her the $6500 and after I brought the car home, I spent another $7000 on the car myself.
When I got the car, It needed some cosmetic work to coat that point to bring it to my standards. The grille was replaced by me since it had a dent on the top side. I even have the proof that I drove to Orange County, to Irvine, paid $1700 and bought the new the grille. I bought the lambs wool floor mats, $2300 which included the one even for the boot, replaced the stereo, had the interior lights replaced, dash lights would not come on and after hours of electrical work done on it, $1200, the issue was one stupid short in the trunk. I had the hub caps restored at $500 and replaced all 5 tires to brand new at $1000. Even the spare is now matching. Just had a tune up also.
I am giving you all this information in such detail so there is no confusion or there is no mystery here. Its simple. A man and wife moved from the east coast to Nevada transiting in Indiana for some years. The man had health issues, which became the cause of his accident in this car. Later in Las Vegas, 3 years after he retired here, he dies with Covid and I buy the car and total cost on me is a little over $19000. I truly took care of this car since I bought it in the beginning of 2021. It drives like a dream it truly does. In two years time, since I bought the car, I downsized my business which was warehouse for online retail and which is where I used to park my collector cars that don't fit in my home garage. Now since the business is down sized and parking space became an issue, Im selling my vehicles to combine and buy 1 or 2 cars where parking wont be a problem. This car has no dents, no dings, paint is as perfect as it gets for a 1989 vehicle and trust me it's in better condition than many 2015 vehicles. The interior is very nice and clean for the exception of the cracks in the leather in the drivers seat. Carpets are in phenomenal shape. The engine is quiet and the car has great acceleration and brake power. The AC blows cold. I drove the car to pick up my children from school many times in this 120 heat with the AC on max in the car. You want to test a car, bring it to Las Vegas in the summer heat and blast the AC and floor it in the Summerlin area going up the hill and you will see if you have a good car or not. Ive never had a problem doing exactly what I just described. You can go down a hill, let the steering go and the car will not go off lanes. It's a super smooth ride. I have no leaks for now.

I really am not desperate to sell the car. If I have to gift the car because it has some small title issue, I much rather keep it and drive it to the ground since it will drive 500,000 miles without a problem. I know it's a great car and I want to get a fair value for it. The offers I got from $5000- $12500 are just not reasonable and I feel like the buyer wants to take advantage of this title situation. I will reject such offers without countering since they are not reasonable and if you started your negotiations with trying to take advantage of the seller mindset, I much rather just keep the car or wait for a reasonable man. I have all the time in the world.
YOU WILL NOT BE DRIVING THE TITLE, BUT THE CAR! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD LOOKING DEAD BODY, THERE ARE MANY ROLLSES OUT THERE FROM PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT AFFORD THE CAR AND MICKET MOUSED THE CAR FOR YEARS, BUT HAVE CLEAN TITLES.This really is the best advice I can give any Rolls buyer. It is not which Rolls you will buy, it is whose rolls you will buy that will decide the fait of you wallet in the end. Don't let a Spur cost you a Phantom. This Spur is looking for a driver that's ready to buy and drive not buy and fix but it has a " rebuilt' title. Has nothing to do with the cars looks or the performance. Thank you

Vehicle pick up is the buyers responsibility. I will only accept wire transfer. I don't want to do escrow or other forms of payment. I don't feel safe completing this transaction in any other way. You are welcome to come to Las Vegas, drive the vehicle and pay me here via wire or cash. Thank you

A none refundable deposit of $1000 is required at the moment you make the purchase and full payment is due in 7 days after that.
