Porsche 928 S4 Second Owner for 20 years! **Amazon Green**

1991 Porsche 928 S-4 Additional Info:

PORSCHE 1991 928 S4. There were only one hundred forty-five 928 S4s imported into the US in 1991 making this one of the less common 928s. No wrecks or stories. This is the 3rd 928 I have owned and nicest. I am just the2nd-owner of this car and have owned it for 20 years.

Current original mileage is ~121,500.

The car is in beautiful Amazon Green with Linen leather interior and Black piping. Best color combo produced in my humble opinion-always gets compliments. I have all books and maintenance records since new, including photo documentation of ALL recent major work while it was in progress, organized in a large binder (see pic example). First owner was in southern California and it has lived in South Carolina and Florida since I took ownership in 2005. No winters and always garaged. No rips, holes or tears in leather seats, all door panels are perfect, all glass is perfect. Complete Factory toolkit, Porsche Pump and collapsable spare are present.

Original Options: M418- Rubstrips; 1498- Without Vehicle "Type" Lettering on Rear End (I actually added the S4 Decal on rear)

1570- Air Conditioner with Improved Efficiency (Rear A/C); M650-Sunroof; 1691- CD

player (C02) with radio.

*The car is non-original (updated) in the following ways: 1) Blaupunkt CD player wasreplaced with Alpine unit with Bluetooth (kept stock speakers), 2) Rear muffler wasreplaced with free-flow unit (have original) 3) Original 16" rims were replaced with 17" PorscheCup Style rims (by Mille-Miglia, don't have originals) 4) High qualitycar door-lock remotes have been installed 5) Tire pressor sensing system has been disabled to accomodate 17" rim change- you can put it all back if you wish!

I have essentially all records since new, but let's talk about what has been done just

WITHIN THE LAST 300 miles;

*New motor mounts (928sRUS)

*New oil pan gasket

*AC freon evac & recharge

*Fresh oil change (Liqui Moly)

WITHIN THE LAST 1-3K miles (all Porsche/OEM parts/have receipts);

*Complete intake refresh (powder-coated) all seals, hoses, knock sensors, - properly done (OEM parts)

*4 New Sachs shocks

*New Alternator

*New fuel lines

*Rebuilt Torque Tube {28mm) installed (928 International)

*New CV Boots

*New Aluminum Radiator (CSF from 928 Specialists), all new coolant lines

*Rebuilt Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) (928sRUS)

*All bulbs in Dash Pod replaced

*New AC Compressor and Drier

*Complete timing belt service including belt, cam seals, water pump, o-ring, roller tensioners

*Continental tires all the way around (<1500 miles) and freshly aligned

*All fluids (oil, transmission, differential, rear end) up to date with fresh filters

*New Porsche mats (plus a set of all-weather mats and Porsche car-cover)

*New cowl (below windshield)

*New Interstate Battery

*New OEM Left Rear Fender Splash Liner (don't laugh- they are commonly bad and $400!!)

Known Flaws: Not really a flaw, but original paint has had sometouchups done to address parking lot/shop dings.There is a hairline crack in right rear taillight (nobody would notice- just disclosing), original dash has one 1/4" crack around aigbag on passenger side (look hard at pic #18) that was filled and has remained unchanged in 20 years.

*No drips/leaks and no warning lights. Everything works on this car- Needs Nothing. I don't think you'll find another 90's era 928 with a 2 owner history and maintained to the hilt with documentation. I barely drive it and it sits in the garage on a trickle charger. Time for a New Owner to actually drive it and enjoy it!
