1989 Porsche 944 S2 Additional Info:
Let's face it. You were a nerd in high school. You had this very car on the wall of your room, alongside that poster of the hot skater chicks. Your mom knew why the jergens lotion was there. It's because you couldn't get your mind off those...wheels, and the glorious poon-tang they would bring you (if you ever got that retainer off).
Well guess what? Today is your lucky day. Now your successful, divorced, and realize that corvettes are for dentists. You'll never bang a hot 20 year old again, but you can have the car of your youth, and it's every bit as satisfying as you always imagined, so put down the jergens and click the buy it now.
Wonderful example of 80's design, at its highest level of development. This 1989 944 S2 is endowed with the venerable 3.0 liter 16 valve engine. Guards red, as it should be, with black leather interior.
The body is entirely rust free, with good panel gaps and not a single ding or dent. There is a bit of the standard rock chips as are found on the 944, but nothing that seriously detracts from the visuals.
The interior is clean and well kept, and it looks and smells as it should. The carpet is bright, and there are no signs of UV damage. The dashboard is crack free, a common problem with the model and usually only avoided by fastidious care and garaging.
The car had the belts and tensioners done along with a major service in December 2019 at 81,750 miles. The tires are also new.
Inspections and PPI's welcome to all bidders (at my home garage).
And if you were wondering; I'm available for writing copy at a reasonable rate.
