Selling the car due to losing my job just the other day plus I have another child on the way. Just can't put anymore time into it.
Looking to sell my 1992 Porsche 968 Convertible. Has just shy of 86k miles on it (could be more as I do drive it occasionally). I am the third owner of the car. Car originally from California so it is rust free. Car has had over $9000 worth of work on it. New Steering rack, rear shocks, brand new stereo with bluetooth and HD radio plus much more. All paperwork on repairs since I have had the car will be included. Will include custome car cover as well.
Car was recently detailed and any dents were removed. Body work looks great. A couple of scratches on the hood. Interior is flawless. New Porsche floor mats as well.
The dash doesn't show a crack.
The car has new floor mats that I purchased that are really nice. Also, the car will come with a cover for the car that is custom for it.
Car does need some work. May be a vacuum issue or new timing belt that is needed. Tranny sticks at times (cold weather) but car does drive and shift. Tiptronic also works flawlessly.
The Cruise Control works.
The top is manual mode as the previous owner turned it off . Most 968 owners have it on manual due to known issue of breaking a bow in auto mode.
It is not a concours car by any means. It is a near 25 year old car. But the car is just a blast.
