Solid body, LT-1 383 balanced Engine with 4L60E trans both rebuilt. Ron Francis wiring Power 4 wheel disc brakes, Power rack and pinion steering and tilt wheel. Jaguar XJ-6 suspension front and rear. Auto Meter gauges, Pioneer stereo power locks and windows, Vintage Air. All the parts plus some extras included, the car has not been licensed but has a clean title. There is some damage due to moving from Colorado to Arizona, shown in the last pictures, the paint also blistered in the AZ sun. I have receipts totaling $23,940 for chroming and machine shop, parts etc. The powertrain alone is worth the buy it now price (answer to does it run and drive)It is not licensed but I have driven it up and down the street, When I initially put the car together I used the fuel pump from the 95 Caprice police car that I bought for the engine and transmission. That pump failed while trouble shooting the fan temp sender, the sender problem is fixed. I put a new Delfi fuel pump and now it's running very rich. I must have missed removing a cap on the return line, my problem is I'm 82 years old and I have lost interest and don't want to drop the tank again.
