1980 Pontiac Firebird Additional Info:

1980 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am . Original 4.9 liter non turbo, automatic. new water pump, belts, carpet. 37xxx miles showing on odometer. Probably 137xxx ? Tires are excellent 225/70R15 BFG Radial TA. Rims recently repainted to original. Brakes transmission all seem good. Drives very nice. Car has original working Delco AM FM stereo, Original compact spare and jack. Has original owners manual, radio manual and spare tire brochure. The only thing I see that isn't original is someone took off the catalytic converter and ran dual exhaust. Has air pump running but not hooked up to manifold. Other than that nothing else has been modified. Car is in excellent condition with some scratches, touch ups, and couple of rust bubbles as pictured. Paint is in excellent driver quality condition. No problem to drive as is, shows well, lots of compliments . I actually prefer a car in this condition as I would not be afraid to drive it.. One wheel spoiler was cracked and repaired. Floor pans and trunk floor are in excellent shape. AC components are all there and hooked up. Could probably use a recharge haven't really checked temp but compressor clutch does kick on when engaged. Gauges all work except oil pressure gauge works intermittently. Clock and horn work. Cruise control does not. Haven't looked at it yet..Crager window louvers in great shape. Has choke buzzer hooked up that is a little annoying that could be unplugged. In videos you may hear the intermittent buzzing. Have build sheet as pictured. No cracks in dash or tears in seats. T-tops seals good with just a trace of water on inside window after washing . Not a big deal. Would like to keep car but selling due to recent illness diagnosis. This is 1st of 5 classic cars that I will be selling.
