1969 Pontiac Le Mans 2 Door Additional Info:
In the restoration of this extremely low mileage and 100% rust free convertible LeMans, every effort was made to as accurately as possible replicate to the naked eye one of the most desirable Pontiacs ever produced - the GTO Judge Convertible.
Factory produced Judges could have had the 400 c.i. Ram Air IV engine in 1969. But this car has a fully built 1969 Pontiac 428 c.i. engine (that was rated at 370 h.p. from the factory) and ported and polished heads, with fully functioning ram air. Estimate is around 425 hp.
This car came from Roy, Utah and only has 61,791 original miles on the chassis. It has been driven in town a total of 89 miles since completion. There was zero rust or dents on the car and it has all of its original sheet metal in the quarters, fenders, trunk pans, floor pans, and doors. The panel gaps are beautiful and body is lazer straight. We actually made a template from the quarter of an original 69 GTO around the marker light area, cut it out of this car and welded in correct marker light openings. It is done so well you can't tell it from inside or outside of the trunk! Most GTO clones lack this detail. The only thing replaced was the hood (with hood tach) and an original front endura bumper from a GTO that replaced the original chrome one. Original color of "limelight poly metallic" in PPG base/clear that was buffed to perfection. She never looked this good from the factory!
Options are new TCI 400 automatic transmission with console, power and tilt steering, AM/FM radio, tinted glass, power front disc brakes, power top, factory (all new)A/C, hood tachometer, ram air induction, rear wing, correct JA coded rally wheels with no trim rings, wide oval tires, factory green dash was sent in to Just Dashes and is perfect. Clear CO title in my name only. Matching gorgeous "Legendary" bucket seat interior. Everything is new or restored on this car down to the jack. Extra brand new top in the box is included. All receipts, and a full photo documentation of the build. Questions? 9707122738 Last 3 photos are of the car during the front end build out. You can't even build this car for what I am asking! Current NADA value of a 1969 LeMans Convertible BASE (350 engine) model with A/C and rally wheels is over $51,000. If you want a "real" Judge Convertible, go get your $200K+ out of the bank and search a really long time as they only made 108 real ones. And then it won't have factory A/C. In fact, at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2016 Lot # 1344 which was a true 1969 GTO convertible with the RA IV and automatic WITHOUT the Judge option sold for $230K. You wouldn't drive that one, but you sure can this one.... and what would you do with the extra $170,000+??
