Although I have attempted to describe this car to the best of my knowledge, it is used and being sold as-is with no returns, refunds, exchanges, guarantees or warranties of any kind. Buyer responsible for paying and arranging for shipping or picking up vehicle.

Once the auction has ended there will be no inspection until a deposit is received.

Terms of Sale

The wining bidder must contact me within 72 hours of auction end and send $500 non-refundable deposit (to hold the vehicle). The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the auction ends.

Cash or wire transfer only.

If no contact made or deposit received within 72 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it through any means desirable.

The car will not leave my property or possession until all funds have cleared the bank.

I reserve the right to end the auction for any reason and at any time as I may have the car listed locally

The seller shall not be responsible for defects and makes no warranty of any kind.

No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrections, imperfections, defect or damage.
