1966 GTO 389, 4 speed running project

1966 Pontiac GTO Additional Info:

1966 GTO hard top, it runs and drives but needs to be restored. The engine runs good I was told it was rebuilt. The code on the engine is YS it's a 389 I don't know if it's original or not. The transmission is a muncie 4 speed that shifts good. Has a 12 bolt rear with old school ladder bars. The body needs drivers side floor pan butpassengerside is good. The frame is fine but will need typical front end rebuild. The trunk pan has typical pitting and rust around the inner wheel house where thecaulkingis. The car had a vinyl roof and is solid and also good around back window. There are some small rust spots on quaters but could be patched. The doors shut nice and only small amount of rust in corner. The interior is original and would need redone it needs headliner but bows and there. The electrical system is good, lights, signals and wipers all work! The glass is good all windows go up and down the back needs a little help. The bumpers will needrechromedor replaced. The exhaustsystemwill also need to be replaced. The wheels and tires are good I replaced the rally II wheels because they need to be refinished and the tires are bad but they will go with the car. This is a running project please don't think you can buy the car and drive across the country, it's running and driving but I would go threw the car before driving alongdistance.
