1969 Pontiac Le Mans convertible Additional Info:
No Reserve!
I have the body parts.
Great project car! Very solid condition. Here's a little history on car. I traded a friend for this car a about 8 years ago and it has been sitting in my garage since. My friend owned it for 25-30 years and used to drive regularly. About 15-20 years ago he started restoration but never finished. He accumulated some new parts for it and a few used parts including body and trim pieces to convert to gto clone. The car was a running and driving car when parked.
I only have the gto hood for it - I dont have lemans hood and only the lemans front bumper is included, not a gto front bumper. The back window is actually glass and is still in old top. You have to remove old top from glass then install glass into new top. Rims pictured are not included. When auction reaches $3500.00 I will include them if buyer wants.
Car has bucket seats with center console. The seats overall are in great shape except passenger seat has a seam coming apart. I've included a pic of that. There is a new convertible top and hardware for it that hasn't been installed and new door panels. All the glass is good and floorboards look okay. There is a small section in the trunk area that's rusted through. The body panels are mostly rust free but there is some rust in the quarters and a little in rockers. There could also be some in other areas I haven't noticed. Considering the age of this car I think the car has very little rust compared to most that are unrestored or barn finds. It has been stored either in my garage or his. Keep in mind the car hasn't been washed or vacuumed out in 20 years so there is a lot of dirt and dust inside and out. Tires are no good. Will probably hold air but haven't tried to put air in them in a couple of years. Rims pictured are not included. When auction reaches $3500.00 I will include them if buyer wants.
Obviously, the car is not in running condition the way it sits. It needs restoration. There are certainly other items I haven't mentioned that are going to need replaced. I am selling it as is, with no warranties either expressed or implied. I would encourage any bidders to come see car and ask any questions before bidding. Please do not bid if you are not prepared to pay for it.
I will require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid through paypal, which will be applied to purchase price. The balance is to be paid in cash. Car must be picked up within 7 days and must be paid for in full. There may be a few days grace period but I am relocating and I need it out of garage asap. This auction is for U.S. bidders only and there is no shipping unless paid for and arranged by buyer.
Car will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price as this is a no reserve auction. I do reserve the right to end auction early if sold locally. I would suggest bidding early. I do have clear title in my name.
I have more pics but I could only add 24. If I cant get more on here I will. I may also be able email them if you request.
Mileage shown on title is 125000. I don't know if that's what is showing on the odometer . Most of the body parts are here. I do have inner - outer fenders, bumpers, hood, bumper brackets. I don't know of any that aren't there.
Here is a list of new or used parts also included.
