Pontiac produced 1225 Aerocoupes, very low production number. This is a specialty homologation vehicle, Nascar required a minimum number of cars be built and sold to public as a production car in order to be eligible to race. This car came stock with a V8, 4 barrel carb, 4 speed automatic with overdrive, rear wheel drive, 10 bolt limited slip rear end and front disc brakes.
I have owned this car for nine years. Currently has 35,4XX miles. previous owner installed headers and true dual exhaust, he gave me all original parts and they will go with the car. Issues: headliner sagging and the clock mysteriously stopped working last year.
