1988 Pontiac Trans Am Additional Info:
Original 1988 Pontiac Trans AM GTA WS6. Factory 5.7 TPI with upgraded SLP exhaust. Original southern California GTA. Very fast and powerful. Only 95k original miles. Zero rust and zero repairs. It is very original. Nice honeycomb wheels. Starts right up and runs/drives great. This is so much more fun than a regular 5.7 TPI it sounds amazing and it breaks the tires loose with not much throttle at all, even in reverse. Smogged a few months ago (test pipe included) and registered until 2017. No rust at all as stated and the floor pans underneath are spotless.
Runs and drives great. Clean Ca title in hand, I need to downsize to move to a high rise downtown so I have to get ride of a few bigger things I own like this. I took about 50 pics and a video this week to show it thoroughly, click View All below. The paint is clean and original. Has a nice MP3 stereo setup. The transmission was redone, pretty much everything was redone mechanically. New water pump, fuel pump, starter, alternator, battery, radiator, belts, hoses, tune up, filters, fluids, and everything works.
I don't like surprises so I want to be open about the condition. Flaws: Has some wear on the rear spoiler but that is because it is not metal. There are a couple small dings but nothing big. Has one small leak but it has been this way for months and still driven, I do have the new gasket for it though. Otherwise I cannot think of a single thing it needs. Brakes are redone, steering is tight. Located in San Diego, CA. Email me your number if you want a call. I have sold a couple classic cars on here and I have 100% feedback.
