1968 Plymouth Fury Fastop Additional Info:

I purchased the car 2 years ago as it was the same as my first car in high school. I have enjoyed it for a few years and done a lot of maintenance work that a 47 year old driver classic should have done to keep it reliable. Time to sell to get my daughter a car.... Some notes from the previous owner: -New 2-1/2" Exhaust with Flowmaster 40 series Delta Flow Mufflers -New High Flow Water pump -New power steering pump and hoses -New Fan Clutch -Petronix Ignitor II -New carpet, upholstery and headliner -Almost new tires -Spare tire and extra rim Notes from my work on the car: -I replaced the arm rests with NOS arm rests -The dash was cracked so I found NOS dash (that wasn't easy) and replaced -The Door handle on the driver side was worn, i fixed and laughed when doing it because i remember sitting in the driveway at 18 doing the exact same fix to that Fury! -Replaced Upper and Lower Ball Joints -Replaced Shocks -Replaced Radiator, hoses and thermostat -Replaced battery hold down and ground cable -Replaced and aimed headlights -Replaced steering market with after market and fixed horn, but the original wheel and all parts where retained and worked, I changed it just for driving comfort. -Front end alignment -The original car did not come with side mirrors, i added for safety -Rebuilt carburetor -Rebuilt brakes and new pads -New transmission fluid, oil and engine coolant -replaced transmission selector shaft seal Some of the not so good notes: -rear springs are tired. they are shackled now for a level ride -Car has a few body dings, but nothing that really detracts from it being a very reliable Driver car. -The car was originally air condition and i have all the old parts, somewhere along its life it was removed and boxed. Reinstalling the A/C is above my skill set with a wrench. -The car heater works, but the control is a little finicky, nothing that stops it from working though.
