1973 Plymouth Road Runner Additional Info:

1973 Plymouth Roadrunner RM – Real Car – Survivor – East Tennessee Up for sale is a genuine 1973 Plymouth Roadrunner RM21 (VIN starts with RM – not a Satellite clone). Unrestored survivor with originality, patina, and fresh mechanical work. Runs, drives, and stops. From what I was told, it has spent its life in East Tennessee with little snow exposure. --- Drivetrain - Factory 318 car, now running a Mopar 360 small block - Professionally rebuilt Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor - New Edelbrock air filter assembly - Electronic choke (not currently hooked up) - True dual exhaust that sounds mean and nasty without being overbearing - Factory automatic column-shift transmission - 8 1/4 rear end --- Recent Mechanical Work - New starter and starter relay - New fuel system: tank, sending unit, pump, filter - New water pump, belts, hoses, plugs, wires, cap, rotor - Cooling system refreshed with new thermostat and radiator hoses - Oil change and transmission service - Brakes fully rebuilt with new master cylinder, calipers, front rotors, rear drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, and hardware kit plus new soft brake lines - Wheel hub components refreshed with new wheel seals and wheel bearings - Brand-new wheels and tires --- Drivability - Test-driven locally after revival - Starts, idles, shifts, and stops as it should - Carburetor, timing, and air-fuel mixture set good enough for local drives — new owner should fine tune for best performance - Intake could use a reseal due to a mild vacuum leak, common on old Mopars — does not stop it from running or driving - I have not taken it on the highway or long trips, but locally it seems solid and roadworthy --- Interior - Factory green-on-green - New carpet and dash cap - Front seats reupholstered in green (not factory material) - Includes Roadrunner branded extras: seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel cover, seat belt covers - No headliner, visors included but worn - Factory A/C car (compressor present, not working) - Original Chrysler keys with vintage Made in USA keychain --- Exterior and Body - Original paint and stripes with patina - Rust in typical Mopar spots (bottom of quarters, etc.) - Hood latches with factory hood pins - Original stickers still on trunk lid and hood underside - Original driver’s side door jamb sticker intact - Floors are solid and structurally sound - Glass all present and unbroken - Most trim intact, extras included in trunk - Lights and signals work - Wipers disassembled but parts included - Solid trunk overall with spare parts - Photos show car as received — not cleaned or detailed, true barn-find presentation --- Additional Notes - Odometer mileage unknown - Purple Roadrunner horn hooked to an aftermarket button, I assume the steering wheel horn itself does not function. Works but not very loud - VIN and title match (RM21) - Clean Tennessee title in my name, currently registered - Call or text: (865) 622-7832 --- Terms - Vehicle is sold AS-IS, no warranties expressed or implied - Buyer responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements - A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours when Buy It Now is used - Full payment due within 7 days
