1966 Plymouth Barracuda Two door Hardtop Additional Info:
1966 Plymouth Barracuda. This is a good running Barracuda that needs some minor work to beroadworthy. I have a clear title for theBarracuda in my name. The Barracuda had been sitting in a covered garage for 31 years before I purchased it from the original owner. It is a almost rust free and has no serious rust issues. After purchasing it, I purchased a new battery, new carburetor, new fuel pump, new battery cables, new coil, spark plugs, newspark plug wires, and new points and condenser. The Barracuda just completed a thorough tuneup. With these parts installed, theBarracuda starts easily, and the engine sounds very good. The body of theBarracuda is rust free, but has some minor parking lottype dings. All of the glass is good. Please look closely at the photos. I want the new owner to know exactly what they are buying. The Barracuda comes with the showroom brochures, and a unique Barracuda rug that covers the rear storage floor area. Again, please look closely at all of the photos. I highly value my Ebay reputations and my 100% positive feedback score. I know how challenging it is to buy a car without personally checking it out. With these concerns in mind, I will detail the problem areas of my Barracuda. Before I start nit-picking it apart, I want you to know that it is a veryoriginal Barracuda and will be an easy project to get on the road. 1. After sitting for decades, the brakes need work. I can stop it with the emergency brake, but I think it needs new brake lines. I tried to correct the problem with a new brake mastercylinder, but I think the brake lines are clogged. 2. The tailpipe is open between the front section of the tailpipe and the muffler. It has the original headers, muffler, and some of the tailpipe, but it needs a center section of tailpipe. The Barracuda starts easily and sounds great, but it needs the tailpipe section to be roadworthy. 3. The original interior is in very good condition - with the exception of the driver's bucket seat. The top section of the seat is tattered, along with the bottom seat cushion seam. The passenger's side front seat, as well as the rear seat, are in good condition. The dash pad is not cracked. The headliner is in good shape, and the original carpets are useable. The carpet on the driver's side front is bad, and needs attention. 4. The tires are bad and should be replaced. It is missing the spare tire, but the original jack is in the trunk. 5. It is missing the hubcaps. They are available on Ebay, but all four hubcaps are missing. If you have any questions regarding my Barracuda, please message me or give me a call. My phonenumber is (801) 745-5835 and my name is Bob. If you have less than five (5) positive feedbacks on your Ebay feedback score, please call or message me before bidding. I want this to be a good, straightforward, auction - with no scams or problems. I will assist theshipper you select in shipping the Barracuda anywhere in the world.
