1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Pro Touring build call the "ROAD COURSE RUNNER". If you are looking for a wild roadrunner then this Road Runner as you can see is an incredible car with several one off pieces. To begin with this incredible road runner was built with a purpose to not only be a driver that turns heads but to be a competitive autocross car. The body has been messaged to show car quality with a custom PPG Sunfire yellow and gray base coat clear coat paint job that is simply stunning. The car was designed in conjunction with one of the top car builders in the country Denny Terzich. The stunning body and paint was performed by Doug Zalar, Jeff Volker and Nathan Durst. Look close at the paint and you will see the incredible air brushing done by Jeremy Seanor of Lucky Strike Designs. The body has some very unique touches including air grabber hood, rear quarter panel exhaust outlets, inner headlight air intakes, one off gm style ring brother door handles, hood pins and Xeno headlights. B Forged 3 piece wheels (19" and 20"),, custom color matched and powder coated by Innovative Autoworks, are on all 4 corners covering Wilwood 6 Piston Disc Brakes (14" FRONT and REAR 12"). The massive tires are Michelin Pilots, 275/40zr19 up front and 295/35zr20 in the rear.This tire and wheel package cost 15k. The white interior is just as nice as the exterior with custom door handles, bolstered seats, custom dash with autometer Phantom gauges and billet bezels. The pistol grip 4 speed takes you back to the 70's. Under the hood is a smooth designed engine compartment that is home to a built 440 cubic inch engine that produces in excess of 500 hp. The engine has an Edlebrock Pro-Flo XT fuel injection unit with headers and cut outs on the dual exhaust. This street beast was tuned by drag week winner Jeff Lutz. The chassis consists of an Alterkation front suspension with coil over set up, Frame connectors and a Street-Lynx rear suspension complete with coil overs. The rear is an 8 3/4 unit spinninga 4:11posi. The transmission is the P833 4 speed unit with a Gear Vendors over drive unit that allows you to run 70 mph at 2100 rpm,s.
