Everything was new or rebuild in 2015-16. Pictures tell an honest story. Driven 500 miles since restored. Car is show quality. 327ci engine is smooth and quiet. No faults. Even has horse hair padded seats as original.A word about price...Packard's post war redesigns were not considered competitive with other luxury cars of the time...even though Packard quality was. The Series 22's are not high priced collector's "classics". Nevertheless it shows and drives like a true classic. This is a chance to own a historic car at a modest price. This is a "no reserve" listing.
