Pull up to the stop light in this little sleeper.....the guy next to you looks at you and nods. And you now see him in your rear view mirror....

This 1963 Ford Falcon Futura was originally the little old lady car. Bought new by a friend's Grandmother from the local Ford dealer. Sat for a few years after she quit driving. Not a real pretty car now, if you like the Patina look you're good to go. Otherwise with only one repaint on the Falcon and a very solid body to start with, shoot the car whatever color you wish.

Fast forward to buying it and pulling out the 260 and dropping in it's place a rebuilt 347 cu. in. small block Ford. Mated up to it is a Top Loader four speed with a Hurst Shifter....the heck with a Fordamatic! 8" Ford rear-end with a 3:80 posi. Wilwood front disc brakes, original drum brakes in the rear. All new custom exhaust out to the back of the car. New chrome plated bumpers front and rear. New windshield and back glass, original side and quarter glass. New Cragar S/S 15 x 4 1/2 front runner with new Firestone 145R 15 radials up front, new BFG 215 70 15 radials are mounted on new 15 x 7 Cragar S/S wheels in the rear. Fiberglass 'Teardrop' one-piece hood on stock hinges, secured with hood pins. And the original hood will go with the car.

Interior is stock and needs some TLC. Fortunately all the interior panels are reproduced. It has Procar bucket seats, rear seat is the original stock seat. Classic Instrument Tachometer, full compliment of aftermarket Equus gauges. This is a Southwest car, virtually rust-free, all the floors are very solid, trunk is just as nice...rust free. There was some very minor "pimpling" on the rear quarters at the wheel-wells. Each side was professionally repaired and primed. And it does get on down the road! I think if it had wings it would fly.....
