Here is a rare 1932 Studebaker Rockne Sedan. 6-cylinder motor with manual transmission. Shortly after the car was produced Coach Rockne was killed in an airplane crash and therefore this automobile production would serve as a memorial to him.

A sleek and graceful steel bodied closed car with a luxurious plush interior. The car sports nice newer Firestone blackwall tires, polished chrome and a handsome green paint.Very clean styling is signified throughout this sedan that is immediately recognizable by the two angled radiator shell trim moldings. Initially introduced by Studebaker to compete with the lower priced Fords, production lasted just over a year with 23,201 total units being built. The Rockne plant in Detroit closed Easter weekend of 1933.

This example has been beautifully restored in green with a light gray interior, great Firestone tires including the matching spare on the back. Added turn signals front and back make kit a safer car to drive in traffic. The underside is just as clean as the topside. New roof insert adds a nice black center look to this car. All lights and horn work. Good speedometer, temp, oil pressure and ammeter gauge as well. Has the free-wheeling knob option, so by pulling this dash knob engages an over-running clutch in the transmission. This system lets the car coast freely when you take your foot off the gas, without engine braking

The car starts right up, idles like a smooth sewing machine and runs powerfully through all the gears. Manual brakes and easy to shift synchros make drivng this Studie a joy. Clean clear title ready for a new owner.
