1966 Chevrolet Corvair Additional Info:

This is a 1966 Corvair Corsa Conv. that is in one of the most desirable color combos available, Marina Blue w/ matching interior. It is a California built Corsa, so it is somewhat rare because of that. It has a 140 HP engine, 4 carburetors and a 4-speed trans. The car has a power top, telescopic steering column w/a standard steering wheel which is super rare ! It has factory air conditioning and headrests ( installed ), tinted windows and deluxe seat belts. All the floors are very good, no rust, very sound. I am including all NOS sheet metal, (Quarter panels ( super rare to find, let alone conv. ones ), NOS door skins, NOS front fenders & NOS cowl panel. The sheet metal alone is worth between 5-$7000 if it could be found ! The power top works, but the brakes need to be rebuilt ( needs wheel cylinders ). I have replaced the gas tank, rebuilt all 4 carburetors & replaced the A/C compressor muffler with a good one ( pic shows it broken ). This is one of the best models of Corvairs to fix up or restore and the most beautiful body and color combo. Included is a matching RR coded engine block for a numbers matching car. Have clear title.
