You are looking at a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS Convertible that was discovered in Palm Springs, California in 2013. It had spent its whole life in California before being brought to the Midwest where it is now. This is your quintessential California survivor car. It is pretty much unscrewed with and has its original drivetrain. It has its born with 327/275 horsepower engine with the original California smog system still intact. This car is pretty sun baked from the Palm Springs sunshine and the paint and top are pretty worn. It is a nicely optioned car however with the Rally Sport package, 327/275 horse engine, Air Conditioning, power steering, factory power front disc brakes, power top, console, bumper guards, remote control drivers door mirror, full tinted glass and the striking color combination of Deepwater blue with white deluxe interior.
This car is super dry like any Southern California car should be. It runs and drives very well and the power top raises and lowers smoothly. It has the original jack and original spare rally wheel in the trunk. I have the original paperwork including the Protect O Plate, owners manual, convertible top booklet, several old California registrations and the original California smog booklet. I have enjoyed this car just as it is. I never got around to restoring it. Somehow it always seems to attract more lookers than a restored car. The Rally Sport headlights work perfectly and it is ready for a paint job or leave it alone. I like old worn in Survivor cars myself. The redline tires are new and I have a new dash pad to go with the sale also.
