1930 Ford Model A Additional Info:

It's finally time to sell my 1930 Ford Model A Sport Coupe Hot Rod.I've owned it for 2.5 years, and had great time building and driving it. It has been a daily driver throughout the summer months, and driven quite a bit year round as well. Lots of nice upgrades to make it a safe fun and reliable driver around town.It is a 1930 Sport Coupe, with clean Colorado Title in my name. Easy to register anywhere. It has original sport coupe windshield, visor, doors, and roof bow. I made a roof out of marine grade vinyl that has snaps to open up as a convertible. The bows are in nice shape and could have an original top reinstalled if you want. All the glass is nice and windows work well.
Has the original bench seat frame, but I have installed 2 Rugged Ridge Jeep CJ5 bucket seats with seat belts. They can be removed if you want to go back to a bench seat, but they work great and are comfortable! I made door panels and kick panels out of wood covered in vinyl. They work and look great. Interior comes with a removable LED ceiling light that can be recharged easily. It also has a 12V converted with an Android Auto/Apple Carplay unit mounted to the roof, and a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker. All easily removeable if it's too modern for you, but gives some nice tunes and maps, useful for a driver.
Engine is an original 200 flathead 4 banger. Runs great. It does burn some oil and smokes a bit. Compression is good, and I have pics when I had the head off, cylinders and pistons look good. Will probably need rings eventually, but oil consumption wasn't to the point I would tear the motor down at all. I installed a high compression 6:1 head from Berts model A, and new head gasket about 500 miles ago. Converted to a Weber 32/36 carb and intake as well. Has remote choke knob in cab. Installed an FSI modern distributor with new wires. The timing advance lever is still on the column, but disconnected. 6V positive ground system with good battery. I converted to a 6V alternator for solid charging. Has great headlights and taillight. Transmission and axle are perfect. Runs, drives, and shifts great! I made the exhaust, running an 8" cherry bomb glasspack, and dumped at the axle.
The suspension is Millworks AV8 reversed eye drop leaf spring packs front and rear. Front has some leafs pulled for more drop (included), and rear has all leafs in pack. I installed a tube shock conversion from Ken Davis, with shocks for my exact drop. It handles and looks great! Brakes are original mechanical in perfect shape, with upgraded cast drums.
Tires are 750/550 for staggered look. Installed tubeless Diamondback bias look radials. They look amazing and drive great. Wheels are 35 Ford 16" spokes that I sandblasted and painted with ceramic wheel paint.
Overall, this car is awesome. I'm just ready for my next project and don't have room to keep it while I start another one. You will NOT be disappointed with this awesome driver.
I'll run this auction starting at a buck with no reserve. I think this thing will pull a good price on it's own. I have it listed locally as well and it could sell separately.
Call me anytime with questions. Can video chat or whatever you like. Have tons more pictures and video can send you anything.
