1970 PONTIAC GTO ProjectRust Free and StraightThis GTO was originally in the beautiful color combination of silver with blue interior. It came with bucket seats, air conditioning, and power steering. It came from the factory equipped with a 400engine and a 4speed manual (see photo of build sheet). It now has a partially built 350 with a TH400 automatic transmission.The body is in primer and is solid and rust free. The rockers and floors are original. The trunk floor is solid and rust free as well as the rearwindow surround.The interior is all original and needs work, however the dash is nice and undamaged, the headliner is good and the rear seat upholstery is very nice. The original door panels still have the "GTO" emblems. A proper console and floor shift for the automatic transmission are present.The cylinder heads have been rebuilt and have new valves. The engine is not assembled-it is hung together just to show what is there. The cylinder heads photographed separately are the ones on the engine in the car.A set of nice tubing headers is included-see photo.A gasket kit and other misc parts not photographed are included as well as a set of period black rally door mirrors.Feel free to contact Chaz (949) 524-6322 with any questions or requests for additional photos.
