This 1973 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4X4 Cheyenne Package is a time capsule.
It’s a single owner, and the story is it was purchased new from D&I Motors in Gillette, Wyoming by a former Mayor of Hardin, Montana.
The Blazer is finished in its original Burnt Orange, body side-molding, saddle interior, original air-conditioning, with all the original goodies. It’s powered by a strong running 350ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
Additional equipment includes a 4″ Skyjacker lift kit, 35’’ Cooper Evolution MT tires, a fully removable white hardtop, 15″ steelie wheels, front disc brakes, freshly reupholstered low-back bucket seats, new carpet kit original center console, original wood grain trim on the doors, dash, and rear panels, and even has the rare factory spare tire mount.
Glass is in very good condition all the way around, including a new windshield.
The body and paint have an amazing patina look. There is some rust in the lower fenders and rockers. The Rocker boxes, frame, firewall, windshield frame, are in great condition. Doors open and close great, rear window rolls up nicely. The center console has a crack on the side, and we installed a new dash pad cover. Chrome bumpers shine nicely. The passenger quarter above the wheel well has had a respray but blends in very well with the patina.
These are so hard to find with this look in this condition.
