This car was built to race as a sprint car and on dirt tracks in the early 60s. Someone took the top trouble them to title it for the street. It is titled as a 1965. When I bought it it was in boxes and pieces in the engine was shot. I have spent months putting it all back together and replacing the engine. It is a 283 V-8 with a powerglide transmission and a Ford 9 inch rear axle. It has brand new rubber all the way around.I have it wired enough to the point that it will start and run but the wiring really needs to be finished. Great piece of nostalgia that can be driven on the street.
