1988 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser wagon Additional Info:

Vintage fully loaded (see RPO)essentially all OEM 1988 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser station wagon in far better than average, but not pristine condition. Everything in working condition.Current mileage of 142,300 is at time of posting, and may be higher due to occasional use.

As second owner, purchased vehicle on 09/01/2005 with 98,070 miles in Portland,OR where it had been in warehouse storage. Previous owner documents reveal wagon purchased at Maita Oldsmobile, Sacramento, CA on 02/13/1988. It was regularly serviced at that dealership. When not in use, the wagon has since been parked in anattached indoor residential garage.

Initial enhancements upon purchase include: headliner replacement, front seat foam rebuild, front and rear Moog coil springs, Monroe Max-Air rear and Gas Magnum front shocks. Rustproofing consisted removal of interiortailgate and door panels, cleaning and application of POR 15 on inside of door seams followed by Ziebart rust protection and undercoating materials.

Comfortable, firm, stable ride and handling. The body and frame, minimal surface corrosion. Vinyl woodgrain shows aging, LF fender dent dented back of headlight bezel, dent in on underside of spare tire wheel well. Dorman aftermarket fuel level replaced 2 years ago reads accurately but has intermittent needle bounce at half full. Rear bumper fillers are cracked and broken.

Recent maintenance items include 4 new Hankook Optima H724 tires (1,283 miles), OEM AC Delco front brake pads and hoses, Monroe 550012 HD shocks, A-1 Cardone wiper motor assy. w H2O pump& pulse board, new AC compressor, AIR smog pump & diverter valves, rebuilt Rochester E4MC quadrajet w Hot-Air Choke.
