1984 Nissan/Datsun Maxima – 103k Miles – Original Paperwork – Garage Kept

Up for Sale is my classic 1984 Nissan (Datsun) Maxima. This is a well-preserved, garage-kept example of Nissan’s flagship sedan from the early 1980s. It has only around 103,000 original miles and retains its original paperwork including the window sticker, warranty booklet, trade-in documents, and a clean Texas title in my name.

The car still has its complete factory tool kit and spare tire, along with the rare factory voice alert system, which is fully operational. A/C and heat work great.

Condition / Known Issues:

• Rust on upper windshield trim

• Small oil leak from oil pan

• Center console broken

• Front suspension worn

• Front door interior handles stiff

• Trunk key jammed (opens from inside)

• Cassette player will not read tapes

• Washer nozzles are clogged

• Dents from a fallen tree

• Cruise Control works but won’t shift into overdrive

(unsure of the vehicle was programmed this way but overdrive works perfectly with CC turned off)

Aside from these age-related issues, everything else works as it should. The paint and interior present well for a 40-year-old car, and it’s been garage kept most of its life.

I have spare doors, windows, trunk, fenders, front struts, all 4 spare wheel ends and suspension components from a parts car that i had to go along with it.

car will make the out of town drive but if interested in the spare parts i would bring a extra vehicle

i’ve sold all of my others cars and i kept this one last as i tried everything i could to keep, it’s a great car and gets a whole bunch of attention
