1974 MG MGB Roadster – Daily Driver, Rust in Sills – California Car

Up for sale is my 1974 MGB roadster. This classic British convertible is a running and driving example that still turns heads and brings smiles, but it’s ready for someone who wants to address some rust and cosmetic aging.

Mechanical Condition:

• Starts reliably and runs well
• Engine and transmission perform smoothly
• Shifts through all gears with no known mechanical issues
• Brakes and steering are responsive
• Recently used as a local daily driver

Exterior:

• Red paint shows well in photos but has imperfections on close inspection
• Rust in the rocker panels and sills (see detailed underside photos)
• Chrome bumpers and trim are present and mostly clean
• Convertible top is functional and complete

Interior:

• Driver-focused and complete with original steering wheel and dash
• Older upholstery, shows expected wear for the year
• All major gauges intact
