This 1949 MG TC is a very original unrestored car with a lot of patina. The car appears very original with no modifications. The TCs all came with RHD. They were produced only from 1945 to 1949. This one is chassis number 6746 (one of the later ones). I bought it from its second owner. It starts, runs and drives good but was sitting long so will benefit from refreshing. The 1250cc engine produced 54 HP when new, and feels good, and the 4 speed manual transmission shifts through gears. The clutch is good. The body is complete with paint that is fading and chipping off but has a lot of patina. It does have some scuffs, scratches and chips all around, but normal for age. Floors are very solid with minimal surface rust. Interior is nice for age. Red upholstery is complete, the dash is good, and the wood is complete. Interior pieces, gauges and buttons seem original. All the chrome and bumpers are in place, look original and are in good shape. All the lights and mirrors are there and also appear original

All gauges and buttons seem to be in place. The car comes with the side curtains and doors (see pictures). It has a soft top and frame, but the soft top is damaged. Italso comes with a tonneau cover to protect the top when folded.The windshield is broken. The original "knockoff" wire wheels are in good shape, and includea rear mounted spare tire.Brakes are good but could b sticky from sitting. Tires are old. Major electrical parts and gauges work. Clean title.

The car is sold AS IS with no warranty. If it does not sell I will have it restored, but I think it has a lot of value unrestored as is.
