1951 Mercury woody wagon 2door. No title but body tags are both on and good. Sold with bill of sale. The most sought after of all the 49-51 Ford and Merc woody wagons. One of just 3,812 made! Very rare and still good and solid and very restorable and quite complete. Runs and drives and has had a new tank and brakes done. Between both sides of the car there is nearly enough original wood for patterns if done by computer cnc reversal which would be needed for the front drivers door etc. All wood is there from the pass side door. Same with most of top quarter window frames. You would need to pattern several pieces for the lower quarters. Do note some wood is off and in the car. Floors are pretty solid but rockers will need work or replacing. Some quality body patches have been tacked in. I have new tail lenses and bezels. Otherwise I am quite sure new wood kits are available. I do have all stainless trim for the sides of the car. This Merc has Ford heads on it. Not sure if the engine was replaced with a Ford. I do have the original air cleaner to go with the car. Drivers door window is missing but frame is there and have the vent window. A nice start to a rare woody restoration and one you could drive while working on it! Sold as is with bill of sale. Ask any questions before bidding. Thanks!
