1967 Mercury Comet Capri Additional Info:

1967 Mercury Comet Capri 289 V8 automatic Car. Don't many of these come up for sale, This is a roller, no motor or trans. Have a 1966 289 for $350 extra. This is a very solid car. I have all the front end parts including grill and bumper that go with the car. Floors, quarters, rockers, frame rails, trunk floor are solid, floor behind drivers seat has some small pin holes and does not require replacement, doors are solid with some small rust through on the corners but bottom of doors are solid (easy fix), only sheet metal needing replacement is the left front fender. Is a factory vinyl top car (vinyl top removed) with no visible rust anywhere. Even the battery area is rust free. Interior has no carpet, head liner or door cards so you can see what you get, All interior parts are readily available on the web. I have all the nuts and bolts in zip lock bags. Trunk lid and hood are solid. Do not know condition of cowl vents. Been restoring cars 37 years and only pick the good ones, Don't have time for this one. Had planed to make a Cyclone clone out of it. Bill of sale, don't have title. Georgia does not require one for 1985 and under. Vehicle is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction if it sells.
