Very well documented. Its a one of a kind. The sandy elliot team decided to launch an assault on super stock eliminator classes of nhra in 1967. The length && weight of the wagon gave the car the traction it needed. So elliot pulled a 427-425 motor from a comet sedan & stuck it in this wagon. This caused controversy because this was not a combinnation offered by the factory. We have the actual letter saying the car is legal because it is a factory stock car with a factory stock motor. With barrie poole (one of canadas most succesful drag racers of all time) driving & tuning the car.
